Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School, a private school teaching PreK to 8th graders, has a rich history of nurturing and developing young minds. However, when enrollment stagnated they turned to Concentrics Communications to learn how to stimulate growth.

We learned that after years of growth through word-of-mouth, IHM needed to rebuild awareness of its strong academic programs and nurturing environment among a larger, yet targeted audience.

We defined high potential targets demographically and geographically. Digital tools such as Google Adwords, Facebook and targeted landing pages ensured our ability to reach the targets and to measure performance.

Our marketing plan design used our limited budget efficiently and effectively.
  • In only two months we created over 130,000 impressions and reached our defined targets over 15 times. 
  •  Our audience was expanded geographically and far surpassed our expectation of clicks and website visits. 
  •  Most importantly, enrollment from the campaign more than doubled versus the prior year.
